Privacy and preferences

Game accounts

You can play without an account. Guest scores, completed levels and game preferences remain in the current page session and are not saved for later visits. Creating a CMCAI player account uses Sign in with ChatGPT to identify you. When you create a player profile, CMCAI stores a site-specific account identifier, your email, chosen player name, completed Popscape levels, personal bests and supported game preferences. Existing players can add their email from the player account menu. The account email comes from your authenticated identity, not a public guest form. Only the CMCAI owner can view or export the customer email list.

Popscape custom music, sounds and backgrounds are stored privately with your player account. Freefall Circus custom background files and active rounds are temporary and do not carry between visits. Account saves are personal game records, not verified competitive rankings.

If you choose to sign in during a guest session, a temporary draft of supported game data may be held in this tab for up to ten minutes to complete the sign-in and save. It is removed after a successful account save, explicit discard, or expiry on your next game visit. It is not a guest save or an authentication credential.

Email login

When available, email login sends a one-time code through Brevo. Codes expire after ten minutes, allow at most five attempts and can be used once. CMCAI stores protected verification records and a secure, HTTP-only session cookie that expires after thirty days. Logging out revokes that session. No password is collected. Email login remains unavailable until email delivery has been configured and tested.

Newsletter

CMCAI Dispatch is optional and separate from game accounts, inquiries and phone calls. You may separately request occasional CMCAI news in your player profile. That choice, its version and the time of your preference update are recorded; it does not immediately add you to a confirmed mailing audience. When signup is available, its Brevo form collects your email and sends a confirmation request. You join only after confirming. You can unsubscribe through the link in each newsletter. Changing an interest preference in your player account does not replace Brevo’s unsubscribe controls. Account verification and newsletter confirmation are separate.

The website stores a dismissal timestamp on your device for seven days so the newsletter popup does not repeatedly appear. Game pages and account flows do not show automatic newsletter popups.

Project inquiries

Details submitted through a quote or contact form are stored so CMCAI can review your request. Submitting an inquiry does not subscribe you to marketing. Avoid including passwords, API keys or sensitive records.

Your choices

Log out from the player account menu on the games page. To ask about your information or request deletion of your account, saves, uploads or inquiry, email connor@cmcai.space. Please contact us from an address associated with your request so we can verify ownership. Removing browser data does not delete saves held in your account.

CMCAI uses hosting and authentication services to operate the website, and Brevo for newsletter signup when enabled. Newsletter signup, contact inquiries and player accounts remain separate choices.
