Technology with purpose.
A very human beginning.
We’re building AI for the people doing the work. The founders, the operators, the creators, and the organizations moving their communities forward.
Where powerful AI
meets practical work.
CMCAI is an independent AI software studio based in San Diego, California. Our portfolio spans real estate, property operations, business workflows, creative production, nonprofit funding, learning, and community information.
We work in the space between a capable AI model and a useful business process: the context, coordination, interfaces, and review steps that make intelligence usable.
Central AI is our customer AI workforce and governance system. Its direction centers on defined AI roles, coordinated work, and human oversight. Our separate research program includes Norse Build on the local Nexus platform, Vox, and ModBuilder / ModDoctor, alongside games and films through a partnership with CMC Media.

FOUNDER & CHIEF DEVELOPER
Connor
Myrick-Cox.
Founder & Chief Developer
Connor’s path to building CMCAI began with hands-on experience in fields where useful technology has an immediate effect on people’s lives. His background spans U.S. Air Force service, real estate, property management, education, behavioral support, and nonprofit leadership.
In real estate and property operations, the work rarely arrives as one tidy task. It comes as a resident’s concern, a maintenance issue, a client follow-up, and an owner update, all competing for attention. That experience informs the focus of LuxRE and LuxPM: bringing more clarity to the work around relationships and responsibilities.
His work in education and behavioral support adds a different perspective on software: instructions must be clear, interfaces should be understandable, and a system needs to fit the person using it. These are principles CMCAI aims to carry into its products.
As founder of California Military Charity and Veterans Services (CMCVS), Connor has also worked in the context of service, community needs, and nonprofit administration. That experience helps shape the practical motivation behind CMCAI’s nonprofit funding tools.
At CMCAI, his focus is product direction and development: connecting the broader vision of an agentic environment with focused tools people can understand, supervise, and use in their own work.
